3. Do I pay when I cancel a lesson?
Contact your ESITY manager if you want to cancel a lesson.
You can make any changes as soon as possible, but at least 24 hours in advance without any penalty.
In case of cancellation/transfer of lessons less than 24 hours in advance or not attending the lesson, the full price for this lesson is paid. We need to ensure a stable system for our teachers who have a right to know how they will
work the next day. Teachers might not use this possibility, but that's up to their decision and expense.
